Picture of product before teardown.

I absolutely love the IFIXIT section in Maximum PC, and I immediately turn to that page as soon as I get the new issue every month. Eagerly anticipating the autopsy of another electronic device. However, one thing that has always kind of bothered me. In a teardown that is always so thorough and descriptive, I can't help but wonder why you don't include a photograph of the item you are disassembling. I mean like this months Nintendo Switch. Excellent job and write-up, but why not post a pic of a fully assembled Switch in the top right corner of the page. That way we can see the item how it looks fully assembled in contrast to your two page spread of the teardown. Seems like a no-brainer to me. I noticed this after I found myself always Googling the device to see what it looked like all together after reviewing your Autopsy. Please add a photo!

Hey @hapkiman,

We've never seen the iFixit section in Maximum PC. Could you shoot us a link to a page you're referring to, or an image of the articles you'd like to see improved?

Just so you're aware, we always take photos of devices before we take them apart. If you head over to https://www.ifixit.com/Teardowns you can see our full disassembly, complete with product photos and unabridged commentary! Here is our full Nintendo Switch Teardown.
