nearly 39% of my total cost was for shipping, dudes there are better options then UPS raping you and the consumer, no matter how big or small your business is, even USPS has priority shipping for a of a lot less, and you can get tracking and insurance with it and not costing has much as I just shelled out.
Love what you guys do, but the costs will make me think twice next time.

Whatever, the shipping costs are crazy reasonable! Unless it's totally completely changed to the opposite of what it was the very last time I've got an order. My other supplier has a way different shipping cost through fedex and a much higher price through ups

Yes, very good. I'm spoiled on free shipping, so I order through Amazon instead.

What most companies do is offer free shipping if you order X amount of dollars worth of items. Maybe that's an option, or discounted shipping if you don't get to the point where shipping is free but the order is substantial.
One of the reasons I get my iFixit tools through places like RadioShack (when they sold them) is the shipping. It's usually cheaper to get them from a retailer selling them or buying what I need though Amazon, and I save the shipping.

Yeah, drugs guys, you must be on them. Just placed my order through iFixit today. Same as always. Have fun dealing with other suppliers. $60 fedex over night and $90 ups over night. These guys $35 two day am shipping? That's what I'm talking about

I live in the UK and because we are a island everything costs a arm and a leg for postage and it takes forever but not with ifixit
Ifixit has it delivered fast and for a reasonable price in my experience^_^
