broken displays on iPhone 5s

Hello,

i've purched somedays ago new dispalys for iphone 5s and samsungs 3.

yesterday they arrived at me... ive checked the package but there was nothing suspicious, so i started to change the displays...

on Samsung S3 everything runs well but the iphone display died minutes after finishing. the original display runs, the new one is just "dark".

What can i do now? its my first display from ifixit... before i bought my displays on ebay or amazon and they are working very well...

Did you buy from the EU Store in Germany or the US store?
