We've neglected the Answers interface for far too long. Thank you for putting up with us. It's time for a remodel!

We're embarking on a major initiative now to redesign key pages of the site to make them work better on mobile and be more clean and easy to use. While we're at it, we want to fix any long-standing grumbles you have with the pages.

We recently rolled out upgraded guide and wiki edit pages that are mobile-first. You can write a guide from your phone now! And make quick edits when you're on a page.

Next up: we've redesigned the Moderation and Patrol pages for you. We'll be deploying these later today.

I think I've found a bug in the forums.

I am on a Firefox-based browser on Windows 11.

When I open the "Insert an Image" toolbox the new window sometimes gets stuck in a half-transparent mode. This happen both in the Answer and in the Meta forum. Everything withing the Image toolbox window is accessible as normal.

This usually gets solved by closing and opening the Image toolbox window a couple of times.

Well Apple does it again! Changing screws here for no apparent reason! The Torx 2 bit is not the correct bit you need a Torx 1 IPR. That explains why people strip the head and I have a few times as well!

While this shows the bigger sizes it shows the difference between them.

Since I don't have devices to create guides, I will create "contributable drafts". This is the guide, but it's just the name - no intro, no steps, nothing. The purpose of these guides is guides that people can contribute and make it an actual guide.

I will start creating more wikis in the near future.

Also, I was thinking about adding more wikis to LEGO. These include sets and pieces.

I might still come to iFixit less often because I am busy with other interests.
