I'm having problems unlocking my pixel 9a from the frp lock. Can anyone help me remove the frp?

My HP 15 EF series laptop just went off while I was using it. It had gone off before and wouldn't come on when I press power button. But the battery indicator would be blinking when I plug it. It will first show white light after sometime it will show Orange light but still blinking.

I tried hard reset and it came on but has gone back to the way it was after 3 days.

What could be wrong with it and how do I solve it.

I've had this phone for a year now it's unlocked but it has been nothing but a nightmare since I've had it I can't type on it I have to use text to talk I am not completely stupid to electronics so I know how to go in there and fix it every way I could but I feel like paying $200 for this phone I should get a refund or at least get to pick a different phone because it's just been terrible
