Hi Jayeff, We’re not having widespread issues, and we don’t have any errors in our logs. This appears to be particular to your account, perhaps because you have so much historical activity and reputation. We’re going to dive into this! We will take a look at your specific account. If anyone else is encountering these errors, please let us know!
Hi Stéphane, It appears that there are two copies of that guide, one private / unused and one public guide. The public guide is already translated—although I’m sure the translation could use your review! How did you find that guide? We may have a bug somewhere showing a link to it. Thanks so much for your help!
This is pretty fantastic! Not the first time Apple has featured our toolkits either. I wonder if this is an actual lab they work out of or just a staged set?
Our legacy e-commerce software requires an account to be able to complete a purchase. We are working on migrating to a new platform that will not have this requirement.
Hi Frank, Thanks for the heads up, we’ll look into this! I wasn’t able to reproduce the CSRF error in Chrome—what browser are you using? Re: [1], you are absolutely correct. That is dumb of us and we will fix it right away! Thanks so much for the heads up.
Interestingly, the answer is yes! One of the Chrome developers needed to make a demo to show off some new Progressive Web App and web worker features, and asked if they could use our API for it. Of course we said yes! https://ifixit-pwa.appspot.com/guide/29339 Here’s the source code if you want to build on top of it. Pretty neat stuff. https://github.com/GoogleChromeLabs/appl...-shell/tree/master/ifixit-pwa I’m curious how you found it!
