Hi Ian, Thank you for reaching out! It is possible to repair the handle. You’ll have to separate the knurled part from the upper portion (it is in fact two pieces, but getting them to unscrew is pretty intense). Then you reach a hex wrench up through the upper part and tighten down the brass post. I hope this information helps! If for some reason this isn’t successful, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, and they will gladly set you up with a new handle.
Hi JJM, Thanks for pointing this out. Definitely looks like a mistake! I’ll get someone to update this with the correct price and I’ll notify you when it’s fixed. Update (09/03/2021): @monesje Thanks for your patience! The price has been corrected. Thanks again for letting us know about the error!
Hi Liam, Thanks for your post! You are correct in that users with a reputation of 1 cannot make edits to a guide without moderation approval. In this case, it looks like this user’s edits were denied. You may have been able to see the suggested edits before they were denied, as indicated by this banner: I hope this addresses your concern!
Hi zizi, Sorry you're having trouble with the Chinese-facing site. If you can answer a few questions, we’ll be able to take a closer look at the issue. (1) What is the exact URL you are being redirected to? (2) Can you clarify what about the website isn't working? Is the page not fully loading, are buttons not working, etc.? Extra detail and description (and screenshots!) are super helpful. (3) If you don’t mind sharing, what is your approximate geographical location? This can help us look into the redirection feature. Look forward to hearing from you soon!
Hey Dan, Thanks for sharing! This is a really great overview of Right to Repair. I wish this could be required viewing for everyone. I also didn’t realize just how strict Apple was with their certification program. Just phone batteries and screens? :(
