This is very strange!

Hi!

I found this strange component ….at first glance it appears to be a pretty big capacitor,with its terminals at the bottom and the vent at the top

Well it’s actually not a capacitor it’s a lithium battery!

It’s got the same specs as a battery and charges like one too(takes ages to fully charge)

I know this is random but I just though some people might find it interesting:-)

It’s out of somthing that has a motor

I think it’s one of those small hand held fan things(can’t say for sure as it was half disassembled when I found it in a old drawer)

It’s so strange as it’s a rechargeable cell but on the board that it came from there was no way if charging it….just a couple SMD caps,resistors and transistors
