Turnaround time for Customer Support
Hello,
I received my order today and there was an entire item missing with no damage to the box. I reached out to support using the website chatbot to email and got an email confirmation. The support page stated that turnaround time should be 2-3 hours. It has been 4 hours since that confirmation email and I was wondering if I can expect a response today?
I have been without a phone for over a week and really need to get a fix, but the missing part is required. I am skeptical that I will be able to get a replacement this week if a replacement is not shipped out soon due to the impending weekend. Does anyone have experience with getting missing items shipped out and the time frame to expect?
