EU accomplished major milestone for the Right to Repair

Now here is some awesome news. We need to keep pushing for at least similar legislation.

"On Tuesday, MEPs overwhelmingly voted in favour of an amendment of the directive at this Parliament’s last plenary session in Strasbourg. The directive and the amendment enhance consumer access to repair services, clarify member states’ regulatory power and mandate that repairers disclose crucial information before repair contracts"

@sandrahiller you guys "over there" got pretty smart over the last 30 years. This is not the way I remember it all :-)) Major accomplishment and Europe is definitely leading on so many things. There is still hope for all of us!
