As a fellow Californian, I sympathize with your concern that asking CA congressional reps to take action on issues they're already on board with, like Net Neutrality, is a bit like asking the pope to pray. They're already on board!

When it comes to right to repair, that's actually not the case. First of all, it's state legislation and not federal. And no state has passed Fair Repair, not even California. Also, Democrats are not universally lined up with right to repair. Apple has managed to sway many loyal Democrats to take an anti-consumer stance. That's a shame!
