Can't believe I missed out on this. Oddly, during one desperate winter escaping a super corporate repair job, I found myself a choclatier. Rents gotta get paid. So, I would recommend heating a small pot on the stove with your favorite chocolates and smoothing down the burning process with milk. Use a chopstick to stab the strawberries at the top, and dip them. Lay them on a tray lined with wax paper, and then use the other chopstick, and dip the large end in the chocolate, then you can create stripes on the chocolate covered berries. You can mix your colors. Depending on how many chocolates you can use. Btw. White chocolate is actually the coco butter part, that gets separated, while making chocolate. @jimfixer. I love the sprinkles ideas. Oddly I wouldn't have gone there. But thinkin about it now. My post is too late! But this could be useful next year
