Thanks for posting your suggestion. We definitely think that your idea on this issue is great and makes sense instead of having users describe a sound to us. However, it turns out that the website already supports a variety of video formats (MOV, AVI, MP4, MPEG, WMV, OCG, and FLV) so users are able to upload those types of video files (with sound) onto the website. We’ll pass the suggestion of uploading audio files to the dev team and I’ll let you know if anything comes of it.
