We've been reading a lot of Ben lately and agreed that with his passion for repair and his community spirit he would be a great addition to our team of Moderators. So after several rounds of peer-approvals, as well as an internal discussion at iFixit, we asked him to join the Moderation team—and we are happy to say he's accepted this honorable position! As a native German speaker, he'll focus on the German speaking Answers Forum.

Up to now, @vauweh has been our only moderator to look after the German speaking community. As our repair community grows, we are happy that Ben has agreed to join him to help our German community members navigate our site. And as other language communities grow, we'll be keeping an eye out for future mods in those languages, too.
Thanks to all of the existing mods who helped make this decision.
