As stated, parts order 2 weeks ago and still not shipped, only saying that label has been printed.
Is there a way to call the official website for support or Am i stuck in Limbo and out of 120 bucks?

+I did finally get a reply from a staff and the part is on its way... i mean it only took about 2 weeks, but. still glad its on its way tho. hopefully i will get it by tomorrow....
