Parts ordered on DEC23 and still not shipped

As stated, parts order 2 weeks ago and still not shipped, only saying that label has been printed.

Is there a way to call the official website for support or Am i stuck in Limbo and out of 120 bucks?

Update (01/06/25)

I did finally get a reply from a staff and the part is on its way... i mean it only took about 2 weeks, but. still glad its on its way tho. hopefully i will get it by tomorrow....

@xinyang90016 not a question that we can answer on here. This part of the forum is not directly monitored by the iFixit staff. To contact them about your order send an email to support@ifixit.com

You know they will get this all straightened away. I think we should blame Santa for this :-)

lol thats the first thing i did. last week. its been about 5 days now and I still haven't heard anything back, and the confirmation email I got mentioned not to send any duplicate messages because it will bump the ticket to the back of the queue..

I too am having problems in getting matters resolved. Every email gets a response that they got the question but no response to the question.. Are they really in the USA?

@scoutmstr - During the holidays the staff is often reduced as people take time to visit their families, so things do take a bit more time. They are not an Amazon with a much smaller staff.
