Title:

iPhone 4 Display Assembly Replacement Step missing

Text:

The PDF manual in this page:

http://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Installing+iPhone+4+Display+Assembly+Replacement/11755/1?revisionid=HEAD

has one missing step.

After disconnecting the battery connector (Step 4), between the screw and its seating, there is a single small part sandwiched in between. It insulates the antenna connector (at least). That needs to be removed at Step 5.

Maybe it is a slight revision to v4. Still it may be there and get lost in all the subsequent shuffle.
