This is a thoughtful list.
While some issues are cultural ones (for example, people not showing appreciation), sometimes technical solutions can help. [https://meta.ifixit.com/User/2/Kyle+Wiens|Kyle] and [https://meta.ifixit.com/User/239706/Taylor+Arnicar|Taylor] have the unenvious job of figuring out where to focus our design and development efforts, and they've been trying to push iFixit (as opposed to [http://www.dozuki.com/|Dozuki]) more lately. You may (or may not) have noticed that in the last month we shipped:
* A new, mobile-friendly [http://www.ifixit.com/Wiki/Pro_Tech_Network|wiki design],
* A table-of-contents checkbox on Wiki edit,
* More French, Spanish, German, Dutch, and Italian interface translations,
* Improvements to [https://meta.ifixit.com/Answers/View/5461/What+do+you+think+of+this+search+prototype|our new beta search engine], and
* Visual tweaks to [http://www.ifixit.com/Contribute|the Contribute page].
In fact, we're shipping approximately two things a day that are iFixit-specific, in addition to general improvements to the framework.
So don't despair! We've got a lot of things on our plate, but we're trying hard to actively address our users' concerns, and that includes yours.
We love you guys. <3
