Options for longer 4mm bits?
I love the driver kit from iFixit, but sometimes screws are recessed too far and unreachable given the diameter of the drivers, even with the flexible extension. Are there longer bits available with the 4mm hex shank?
Other options seem to be purchase multiple thin screwdrivers with long shanks for each type of screw, or to use a 1/4" adapter and purchase a set of long-shank bits which are normally used in power tools.
A set of bits I can easily store on my small workbench is preferable to adding more screwdrivers to dig through my toolbox. Thanks for your suggestions!
Is this a good question?

I’ve got this same issue, and I know there are others too.
While the normal bits are fine for surface stuff, if you have a fastener down any sort of recess, you can’t reach them. I’d really like to have one tool set to rule them all so a set of bits with say a 60mm reach would be phenomenal.

Hi Nick and Aaron,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I don't believe we have a longer hex bit, but I'll check with our tool development team to see if there are other options.

Yeah, it would be super if something like that could be produced. It would hardly need the range of the shorter bits, maybe just some of the more common drivers, but a lot longer.

Hi Aaron,
At the moment, this is the closest product we have to what you're looking for:
