I'm trying to help someone and it seems they have no percentage on their iFixit replacement battery. Do iFixit battery replacements have this feature?

The short answer is, they should. The ones I looked at all worked as expected, and didn't need a hard reset or anything to show battery usage. So it's either a failure with that specific battery, logic board damage, or it just needs to reset to get it to talk nicely between components.
