BUYER BEWARE: Low Quality Parts
I was shocked to find that the $450 Macbook Pro screen I had purchased had a PLASTIC housing. I always avoided eBay fearing the low-quality screens that I might come across on there, but it turns out I should have been avoiding iFixit.
I asked support about this and was told: "As mentioned on the product page, "... some parts may have outer housing that have been refurbished to remove dents and/or scratches. These refurbished parts may have a slightly different finish than an original part. The parts are fully functional."
I don't consider replacing an aluminum housing with a plastic housing a "slightly different" finish.

Thanks for your quick and thorough response, Kaden. When I purchased "A stock" I assumed that what I would be getting is what you're describing as "premium A stock." This naming convention is certainly confusing at best and deceptive at worst. Considering the "Premium" option isn't even in the dropdown until it's available even though your standard A stocks are in the dropdown even when they are unavailable, I would say that it's probably closer to deceptive, I certainly feel deceived.
Now I'm in somewhat of a rock and a hard place cause while I would prefer "premium A Stock" you don't have any available, so my options are to use the plastic-feeling screen or return it and have nothing until the product I actually want comes in...grr.
Any idea on when you might receive some stock of that?
Is this a good question?

@alwaysbusyscott I'm on your side with premium being hidden. fair point.
