Why doesnt the battery I bought from you work

I bought a battery in January of February. It has been at a shop until now and it wont charge. I know they changed it because this 1 will hold 15% overenight while the old 1 would not hold 100% for an hour

Answer this question I have this problem too

I'm sorry you're having trouble. You should reach out to the customer service team and see if they can help—this is a discussion forum and is not set up to handle customer requests. You'll need to provide some basic information (like your order number, and which battery/device you are talking about). If the battery is defective, they will send you a replacement—although, it sounds like there is a little more to this situation (I'm puzzled as to why the repair took so long, and why the shop would give your device back if it's not charging properly).
