Where is my order?

I ordered a replacement battery repair kit on July 16th. The charge was $24.99 and with shipping, the total came to $33.44 which was debited from my account on July 17th. As of today (August 3rd) I have received NOTHING! Meanwhile my wife’s phone is dying after a very short time, I’m out $33.44, and have nothing in return from I-fixit. I fixit doesn’t even show my email. What do I need to do to get a refund or get the kit that I need?

I called the Customer Service number and left a message. No response. Thought maybe somebody in the public technical support forums might have another idea.

The very day I posted this question, my order came that afternoon. Thanks. BTW… the new battery has been installed and the phone is working great.

Hey @mchl1956! We apologize for the delay—batteries are a bit tricky to ship and can get hung up in the process once they leave our facility.

We're stoked to hear that you have since installed the battery and returned the phone to working condition :)

Maybe try contacting iFixit customer service, rather than the public technical support forums.
