Whomst is Blake Barth?

I received a lovely email from a kind man named Blake Barth congratulating me on 1k reputation a few weeks ago. I was wondering who is this kind man on iFixit? I looked everywhere and I could not find anyone under the name Blake Barth.

The reason I am asking this is because I sent him an email back with a few details he requested and I want to confirm he got the email because I have not received a response, yet.
