Replacement screen works but has single green line

I replaced the screen on the Apple Watch Series 2 but now I have a single green line down across the screen. Any suggestions on how I can have this fixed? The original screen was broken and did not work whatsoever.

I purchased the screen from iFixit. Is there a process or method for which they provide a replacement?
