Attributing images on wikis

Is there a recommended way to attribute credit for images used under license on a wiki page? There isn’t way to have the information attached to the image, and the only decent way I could think of is on the wiki page, but that seems like a bad idea. The image in question is under CC BY-SA 3.0, which requires attribution to the creator and a link to the license.

You can overlay text to attribute credit, and use wiki markup to add attribution, e.g.

Block Image

Per our Content Licensing Policy, any licensed content you upload must be compatible with iFixit’s Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 3.0 license, and that is the license that will be listed in the image metadata (e.g. https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Image/meta/...).

Since the image in question is under CC BY-SA 3.0, all you’ll need to do is add the caption as noted above.
