Product shipping is awful

iFixIt charges $14+ for shipping yet can not get the product to you in a weeks time frame. Very disappointing.

If you ordered a battery, blame the new government regulation on battery shipping.

Hi John!

Thanks for taking the time to provide us this feedback. While taking a look at the order, our shipping department shipped this package the day after the order was placed. However, it does appear that there was a delay on UPS’ end. Apologies for the inconvenience there. Usually, ground shipments take 3-5 business days.

However, there have been rare occurrences where there has been a delay due to a lithium-ion battery being on the order. Lithium-Ion batteries have strict shipping regulations here in the U.S., and we do all we can to ship the product out as soon as possible to account for this.
