Poor Build Quality of Tweezers

So I banged the reverse tweezers in my case and when I took I out the the tines were uneven. it was holding IO cables out of the way while I was trying to cable manage before putting in the GPU and it banged against the case and I didn’t think anything of it, it’s wasn’t even a hard smack. So now I need to take the whole thing apart and make sure it’s not in anything important, and the brand new tool kit I got is already broken. How do I get the thing replaced?
