I’m trying to buy some tools, but every time on the purchase process the site fails to offer shipping options. I do know that things are messed up right now due to the pandemic, but a complete absence of shipping options is unacceptable .

That leads us to another problem, this time unrelated to iFixit: PayPal doesn't allow entering an address on another country other than the one your credit card is registered. In the past I relied on freight forwarder services, but that option is no longer available to me through PayPal. I usually avoid paying directly with my credit card for security reasons.
Anyway, thank you for your answer, even not being the one I'd like to read.
