Mac Pro SSD Enclosure compatibility

I’ve got an SSD from my old Mac Pro (Late 2013, the “trash can”).

It’s a Samsung KPUT1T0T/0A1 (1TB)

My computer is not listed as a compatible one, but can someone please tell me which model of enclosure I can use (if any)? I’m looking at the IF107-154-1. Is it correct?

I wish the compatiblilty listed the drive spec as well as the computer it’s from. I don’t have the computer itself any more - it died (graphics card) and has been recycled.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Hi @farleykj, looks like this is compatible with the 2013 MacBook Pro.

Hope this helps!

Edit: including photo of compatibility.

Thanks, but I didn't have a Macbook, I had a Mac Pro (desktop, "trashcan" shape). Are they the same SSD? Some of the comments I see for this type of thing is that the 1TB size is perhaps too wide.

I don't want to burn $100 on something that won't work for me. If it's just a matter of the outer case, I can probably make a new one, but I can't tweak the electronics if they're not compatible.

Oops! I meant to type Mac Pro. I think my fingers auto-corrected to MacBook as I type that quite often. My mistake! Sorry for the confusion!
