Alienware 17 R3 Battery connectors changed from 2 to 1!

In your battery replacement tutorial and on my A *17R3, there are 2 connectors from the motherboard to the battery, a speaker cable and a front AlienFX LED cable, each with an associated multipin plug. On your site and others, the same model battery for this specific model laptop has a single, larger, multipin connector incompatible in size and location. HELP! Where can I obtain the correct configuration or adapt them to work? Only obvious after disassembly. Thanks
