No Part Numbers on old Battery

Went to buy a battery for an old 2010 MBP and can not find a Apple part number listed. I may have one in stock but can't tell without the number. What's up?

OK, I am using Safari using High Sierra and it will not work, but Chrome does and I can open the spec box but not using 10.13.

That's no good! Can you send the link and I'll get to work?

Thanks for the sounding the alarm on this, @mayer! :)

Chosen Solution

Hi @mayer,

I went to check the page and noticed that the part is nested under the "Specifications" drop down menu.

Hope this helps!

Those boxes would not open, I'm using Safari 13.1.2

Oh! Well, in that case I'll go to the developers. Thanks for letting me know. I'll let you know when they figure it out.

Issue still persists. Could not open Specs pull down box here:

Hi @mayer, I checked in with our developers and they said they're working on this but haven't figured out a solution yet. Do you have a different browser you can use until it's fixed?

Hi @mayer, the dev team pulled together to get this fixed before the weekend!! Please let us know if you have any other issues.
