Just in time for all of the award ceremonies that start at the beginning of the new year we identified "iPhone" and "Amazon Fire TV" as the most interesting guides and answers categories for our users in 2022! How cool! 🎉

The fact that the iPhone would make it to that list wasn’t as surprising for us, but Amazon Fire TV was the underdog that we didn’t see coming. We would never have guessed! It's always the underestimated ones that are easily overlooked that make it to the top.

With this new information in mind, on behalf of your fellow community members, we would like to ask for your help.

When you’re around on the Answer Forum again (as you probably do and we appreciate you all for doing so!) and have a few minutes to spare, it would be great if you looked through the unanswered questions in those two categories from time to time.

We know that you can't answer EVERYTHING (and we don’t expect you to), so we’re asking if you find the time to do this, if you could focus on all the unanswered questions that have popped up over the last two to four weeks rather than tackling the entire list.

And no need to overdo it, even one great answer per day will put our community well on their way to fixing their things!
