1 Finding stuff on website
How come the website doesn't recognise search for Anti-clamp - one of your products?? And others . . .
Can I buy replacement suction cups for Anti-clamp?
Freight from USA to Australia is prohibitive.
When changing to the Australian site, products don't transfer and can't be found.
I love the iFixit philosophy and products (when I can locate them!) but find your website most frustrating to navigate.
Is this a worthwhile discussion?

@seejay2018 Unfortunately, not all of iFixit's products are stocked in every warehouse. For example, the Anti-Clamp is not sold on the Australian store.

Yes, I am in Australia.
I searched for anti-clamp and also spudger sets on the U.S. site but neither came up on a straight search most of the time, and didn't appear on a simple scroll-through of tools etc. It took multiple attempts from different approaches.

You have repair instructions for replacing the anti-clamp suction cups but I cannot find them to purchase (either on the Australian or the U.S. site).
Are they available?

@seejay2018, We're sorry you were experiencing some error in the search, we will look into it.
As for the suction cups, we recommend buying this suction handle. You can remove the blue handle and use the cups for the anti-clamp.
