Cannot find order confirmation as guest

I ordered a part on iFixit as a guest and cannot find anything about my order confirmation on my email. I found on the support FAQ saying that if ordering as a guest it says that it can be found in Junk or Spam but cannot find anything I keep getting no results and would like to be able to track it so how else I would I be able to track my part?
