Steam Deck board shield (refresed one, black) thermal pads

I'd like to order/replace thermal pads for my Steam Deck motherboard cover (refreshed version, black one). Got them torn up a little during SSD replacement.

I can't find information on the exact sizes of the thermal pads to order new ones.

I doubt there are any ready kits. But at least I should know the exact thickness of each pad. Also any recommendation on the manufacturer?

@andreykruk thanks for reaching out. We never received the OE/uncompressed thickness measurement (not the measured, compressed thickness of the old thermal pad) from Valve. If you have not already, reach out to Valve Support so they can provide you with the most accurate measurement. Sorry that we could not be more helpful with this!
