IFIXIT replacement battery DOA

I purchased a replacement battery for my Surface Pro 5 and the battery is showing zero volts on the multimeter. I have sent multiple emails and I am not getting a response from customer service. Is there any other ways to contact customer service?

Just to confirm, you're attempting to contact them at support@ifixit.com, correct?

I'm going to bump your question over to the meta.ifixit.com site where issues like this are discussed and someone from the iFixit Store and/or management is more likely to see it.

Yes I have sent 3 emails to the Support@IFIXIT.com email address and have had no response from customer service. I'm getting a little worried about the lack of response from Ifixit and my Surface Pro 5 is completely disassembled and unusable at this time.
