Maybe it would help if the product is the iFixit product a email tickle is sent to one of the people who know the product more deeply. I’m sure more questions will be coming as well as issues.
Don’t despair! This is a learning curve every hardware or even software creator falls victim to! Creating the needed support expertise to answer Q’s and bring to the team common concerns.
