Battery draining while idle iPad Air 4

What don't you understand, read my response below

This is my FIFTH request to you regarding my newly installed battery not holding a charge.

Order # SOR0237123-US

installed a new Battery per the directions

changed it to 100%,

Used it until the iPad was at 5% charge

Then recharged the iPad to 100%.

On numerous occasions, after using the iPad and charging it back to 100%,

When the iPad is taken off of the charger and sitting idle, not using for an hour, the percentage of charge on the iPad reads 60%.

It appears that it's not holding a charge for an extended period of time.

What are you going to do!!!

Hi, Not sure why this was posted here. Unless you want the iFixit store to respond.

I don’t think the battery is the issue, it does sound like your system has a short in the logic board so the battery is slowly being discharged.

For a sanity check I strongly recommend using a good battery monitoring app like CoconutBattery from your Mac. If you take a snapshot of the Apps main window and post it here maybe we can check things out. Just post a fresh answer to paste it.
