@benz78, I just read your story—what a save! Most people wouldn’t even think to tackle a repair like that, and you made it happen (and you saved a good chunk of change too).

@krisrodriguez - Two, but only one has spoken! Should fully charged be an error? and Where are the firmware release notes? looking for a change log of the problems and the fix at least what rev it’s fixed in.
@krisrodriguez - Hopefully the last one for the week! My FixHub does not turn on reliably

@krisrodriguez - Need a Monday night quarterback! Battery Charge Time Seems Super Slow
Does the unit offer a means to see the power charging? I would put a USB-C power meter inline to monitor things here. It’s also possible the charger is not up to the task either the wrong type or defective.

@krisrodrigues - I guess my comment did the trick! But I think it makes sense making note of the charger requirement if it’s not clear and/or make note the rate of charge is dependent on the chargers wattage (power) I would also note the gage of the USB-C cable also effects thinks here a bit too.

@danj, Thanks for jumping in and helping troubleshoot— I really appreciate it! You’re totally right that the charger and wattage can make a big difference, so I’m glad you helped get them back on track.
I’ll pass this along to the product team so they can decide if it makes sense to add a note about charger requirements and cable quality. Super helpful—thanks again :)
@krisrodriguez One option here to ensure there's fewer adapter issues could be to include an adapter but communicate the requirements.
