Repair guides for Bosch e-bike motors.

Bosch e-bike motors are less accessible for repair than Apple devises. Yet are more likely to need repair as they are used outside in all kinds of weather. Bosch refuse to provide info required to open up their motors. Currently trying to find out what kind of 12 point socket I need to open the latest edition. Any suggestions?
