Can I review iFixIt tools purchased elsewhere?

I purchased the Mako driver kit in a local store (Lowes? Home Depot?) and I'd really like to write a review, but it seems I can only write reviews if I purchased it directly from iFixIt. I get that you don't want review bombing, but I still feel disenfranchised.
