@prabhakarank I can see where this can get pretty frustrating. The issue here is that Answers (the forum where you've posted your question) is not staffed fulltime with people that provide answers. What you have there is a bunch of end users, just like yourself, that take time out of their day to try and help others by answering those questions. Just like you, all of those people have a real life and some even have other obligations, like a job, family etc.

Us volunteers look through the Answers forum and will answer questions that we might have solutions for. Sometimes we just can't provide an answer and the question might remain unanswered for a long time. The best advice I can offer is that you check your question to make sure that you have explained everything appropriately. That way not much will have to be clarified by the person that may come across your question.

Keep your question updated with any new findings you may have and don't get frustrated. This is a hobby for most of us. We do it for fun because we enjoy helping others. If it is a good question with all the facts and explanations, somebody will always pop up to look at it and will try to provide you with an answer.

We all want to help one another. Human beings are like that. We want to live by each other's happiness, not by each other's misery. We don't want to hate and despise one another. In this world, there is room for everyone, and the good earth is rich and can provide for everyone.
