I keep trying to add my A+ certification to my profile. It looks like it wants a picture, but when I upload one and try to select it, it says this item can't be placed here. So, how tf do I get my A+ certification added to my profile? What gives? What does it want? There is NO guidance on the submit page...
No, and I've pretty much given up on it since you're the only reply and it's been months and months and months. Apparently nobody cares about the users of this site, or being able to post accurate personal information.

@happyoutkast — If you’re willing to give it another shot, here’s a step-by-step:
1. Go to your profile and click “Edit.”
2. Navigate to the “Certifications” tab.
3. Open the drop-down menu and select “CompTIA A+.”
4. Click the camera icon with the plus sign next to it.
5. This will open the Media Manager. In the top-left corner, click “Upload Media.”
6. Upload your certification file.
7. Once it’s uploaded, select it, then click “Submit.”
That should do it. Let me know if you run into any issues.
