Guaranteed Shipping failed to be guaranteed.
So I ordered two rolls of Tesa Tape from the site, payment was through Shop.App, and finally FedEx is the logistics company. Order placement and all went very smoothly. I purposefully chose 'Guaranteed 2-3 day delivery' due to personal reasons. Saturday August 30th was technically 'day 3'. Basically, who am I going after for a refund on the extra shipping payment when 'guaranteed' was absolutely & literally fumbled? Also, no, labor day did not get in the way of this. The shipping option I chose was to AVOID labor day getting in the way via getting it here earlier.
