Bait and Switch on Items, odd order cancellations

I've attempted to order parts from ifixit. Find the item. Put in cart, and checkout. I get an email that everything is confirmed. Then I get an email that my order is canceled for some obscure reason and have no option to correct the mystery issue.

Reorder the same part going through the same process. Again everything verified and confirmed. Then mystery cancellation.

Is ifixit using "Bait and Switch" tactics on orders? How is it possible that a verified and confirmed order be suddenly canceled for a superfluous reasons?

It's impossible to get a real person on the line. What's going on???

@pedalsoahu , We do not do a "bait and switch" on orders. It's possible you ran into a bug when making a purchase. Have you tried again since making this post?
