Can I upload a video about how to use youtube

does ifixit offer any other videos on how to do other stuff besides guides on how to repair consoles and other tech equipment or am i able to upload videos on how to use youtube's video editor as i have uploaded a video on youtube explaining how the youtube editor works and what the user is entitled to when using the editor

so that is no it is not possible for me to upload informational vids of how to edit YouTube vids or how to use the YouTube editor then
