How specifically share analytics with iFixit?

IFixit advises to “share analytics with iFixit” - how specifically do we this? When I attempt to share the most recent data there are other pre populated choices but no iFixit choice? I have made all the requested settings and other adjustments but must be missing something? I have screenshots but not sure how to add them to this edit.
