@docsimm, in order to help you, we'll need to know what tool you're having issues with. Is it the iron or the battery pack? Both? Let us know what browser you're using and what errors (if any) are popping up when you try and plug it in.

what kind of computer and operating system are you on?
are you making sure to connect the battery pack using port in the back/bottom of the battery pack?
