@ahmadawick :-) but that answer is from 2017. I was hoping you'd find my first answer or at least close to that. It has been quite a while since I've started here. iFixit Answers was a different place back then. A lot like the Wild West. We were the pioneers paving the way for a great community that we have become. Check the profile from @nick. He has been here even longer. He was a "dumpster diving" aspiring fixer who has now turned into a great resource and an excellent fixer. You'd be surprised about how great and smart the people on here really are. Even kindness is a big thing here. Yes, we banter and yes, we do disagree, but never in a mean spirit. The regulars on here are truly a world wide group. Our colleagues are from Germany, Australia, the UK and pretty much all across Europe. We share ideas and stories, just like a real community, even so we are more virtual. We all are still real people, with real lives and far from being bots :-)

You know, I've always thought that if we could combine the knowledge of this community into a single force, we could save the world. No more waste, no more sickness and no more Wars. I am old enough to remember the Beatles and if you are not familiar with them, and if you like music, listen to "Imagine" by John Lennon (who was part of the Beatles). There is a description of what we should strive for. Anyhow, just an old guy reminiscing ;-)

I imagine that you probably think I am at times picking on you, but trust me, I am not. I do see a lot of potential in your efforts and your work and just want to guide you through our community.
